When you submit the offer form we collect the property address, your phone number, an optional email, and whatever you tell us about your situation. We use it for exactly one purpose: contacting you about a possible purchase of that property. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists. Ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (717) 356-3019.

Licensee disclosure

The principals of York County Home Offer hold a Maryland real estate license and are not licensed in Pennsylvania. We purchase property for our own account. In any transaction with you we act as buyers, not as your agent or representative, and we confirm this in writing before contract.

Pennsylvania seller disclosure

Under the Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law, 68 Pa.C.S. 7301 through 7315, a seller of residential real estate in Pennsylvania must give the buyer a property disclosure statement before an agreement of sale is signed. The law applies to cash sales. Transfers by a fiduciary administering an estate, guardianship, conservatorship, or trust are among the exemptions listed in the statute. York County Home Offer accepts your statement as written and does not use it to reopen price.
